Welcome to SwapnerBari Design & Construction These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our services, including but not limited to structural design, construction, project management, and related consulting services. By engaging with us, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our services.

2. Services Provided

We offer the following services:

• Structural design (beams, columns, foundations, slabs, etc.)
• Earthquake and wind load analysis
• Pile and pile cap design
• Septic tank and water reservoir design
• Project management and consulting
• Other engineering and construction-related services

All services are provided based on the scope of work agreed upon in the project proposal or contract.

3. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information required for the project.
• Obtain necessary permits, approvals, and clearances from relevant authorities.
• Make timely payments as per the agreed payment schedule.
• Notify us of any changes or issues that may affect the project.

4. Fees and Payment

• Fees for services will be outlined in the project proposal or contract.
• Payment terms, including due dates and methods, will be specified in the agreement.
• Late payments may incur additional charges or result in suspension of services.

5. Intellectual Property

• All designs, drawings, calculations, and documents created by SwapnerBari Design & Construction remain our intellectual property until full payment is received.
• Upon full payment, clients are granted a non-exclusive license to use the deliverables for the intended project only.

6. Changes and Revisions

• Any changes to the project scope must be requested in writing and may result in additional fees or timeline adjustments.
• We reserve the right to revise designs or deliverables based on regulatory requirements or safety considerations.

7. Limitation of Liability

• We strive to provide accurate and high-quality services, but we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
• Our liability is limited to the total fees paid for the specific service in question.

8. Termination

• Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice if the other party breaches these Terms.
• In case of termination, clients are responsible for payment of all services rendered up to the termination date.

9. Confidentiality

We respect your privacy and will not disclose any confidential information shared during the project, except as required by law or with your consent.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes will be resolved through arbitration or in the courts of Bangladesh High Commission.

11. Amendments

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on our website or notifying clients directly.
